Our next lamb harvest is mid January 2024. Our Katahdin lambs are completely grass-fed. We practice rotation grazing (moving to our flock to new grass every day or two) to create a healthy environment for our sheep. Our lamb is managed with organic practices.

Our pastured broiler chickens are Certified Organic. They were fed local organic feed and got moved to fresh grass everyday. They loved the fresh forage and bugs. We raise the Freedom Ranger Breed, this breed is slower growing and the resulting meat is flavorful, succulent and delicious. I really tastes like chicken. Why raise a bird that grows slower? They are simply better, healthier, more active, better foragers and more a like a chicken. They live a better life and the resulting meat reflects that. We think that's worth it!
